1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TicketDesk Discord bot, dashboard, and website (together, the "Service"), operated as a project of Aperra Network (see the imprint in our Privacy Policy). By adding the bot, using the dashboard, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

TicketDesk provides Discord support-ticket management: ticket panels, private ticket channels or threads, transcripts, team and analytics tools, and a web dashboard to configure all of it. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

3. Beta status

The Service is currently in open beta. This means:

  • It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may contain bugs or change without notice.
  • Features may break, be reset, or be removed, and downtime may occur.
  • We may grant premium features for free during the beta on request. Such access is temporary, granted for the test period only, and will be removed when the beta ends or earlier at our discretion. No payment is required for beta premium and it creates no entitlement to future paid plans.
  • We strongly recommend not relying on the Service as your only record of important conversations during the beta.

4. Accounts & Discord

Use of the Service requires a Discord account and is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your account and for the actions taken on servers you administer. You must have the appropriate permissions on a Discord server before adding or configuring the bot there.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's rules.
  • Abuse, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use tickets or transcripts to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.
  • Submit deliberately false or abusive bug reports or trial requests.

We may suspend or remove access that violates these Terms.

6. Your content

Content created through the Service (such as ticket messages and configuration) belongs to you and/or the relevant server. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content created on servers you control.

7. Premium & payments

During the beta, all core features are free and there are no paid plans. Paid premium plans are planned for a later full release; when introduced, applicable pricing and payment terms will be presented before any purchase. Beta premium grants do not convert into paid subscriptions automatically.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during the beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not exclude any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. for intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health under German law).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your servers and logging out. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, relevant data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-product or Discord notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
